Thank you for visiting my portfolio. You might be wondering about who I am and what I do. I am originally born and raised in Kuwait, but I also grew up in Canada.

 

What drove me to create and produce art? I grew up around a lot of inspirational media (video games particularly) and that's what really drove me to begin drawing. I wanted to somehow capture those precious memories forever. Classic titles such as Final Fantasy and Naruto were of huge inspiration to me. 10 years later, here we are. I am self-taught. I've featured in this portfolio the works I believe will give you an accurate depiction of my skill level.

 

I have had the privilege of both selling and auctioning my art, because of this I take commissions. I mainly focus on portraiture, abstract and surrealist art using traditional mediums.

I also really enjoy the process of research. I am currently a graduate student at the University of Toronto in the Sleep and Human Evolution Lab, where I focus on the evolutionary functions of rapid eye-movement sleep and dreaming.
